What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Cancellation is possible until 2:00 PM (Korea Standard Time) on November 30, 2025. No cancellations or refunds are possible after this date.
Can I get an invitation letter for visa purposes?
Seoul Marathon does NOT issue any invitation letters for visa purposes.
Modification of shirt size or shoe size
Changing the size of shirt and the size of shoes is NOT possible once registration has been completed.
Bag drop timing for 42K
Storage vehicle operation time: (Drop off at Gwanghwamun Plaza) 06:30 a.m. - 07:30 a.m. The storage vehicle at Gwanghwamun Plaza will head towards the finish line at 7:30 a.m. Participants for the FULL course must be on-site before 7:00 a.m. in order to store their belongings. Pick up at Seoul Student Gymnasium 10:30 a.m. -13:00 p.m.

What is the cut-off time for the marathon?
The time limit is 5 hours.
Do I have to submit a proof of a sub-5 hour marathon?
Yes, you will have to submit a certificate of a sub-5 hours marathon. This certificate has to be submitted within 3 days after registering, or your registration will be cancelled and refunded. If you have no experience running a sub-5 hours marathon, please do not register for this event.
